-webkit-column-gap:2em; -webkit-column-width:400px; -moz-column-count:2; -moz-column-gap:2em; -moz-column-width:400px; column-count:2; column-gap:2em; column-width:400px;\"><p>Det oprindelige selskab i koncernen var en rekrutterings- og bemandingsvirksomhed udelukkende til l\u00e6ger, hvor Medpro bidrog med l\u00e6ger til det offentlige sygehusv\u00e6sen i England, NHS, private klinikker i Storbritannien og til store dele af sundhedssystemerne i Skandinavien. Som et kuriosum var det Medpro, der i slutningen af 2003 forestod hele planl\u00e6gningen og gennemf\u00f8relsen med at operere alle 220 patienter p\u00e5 venteliste for katarakt <em>(gr\u00e5 st\u00e6r)<\/em> p\u00e5 Gibraltar. Det resulterede i, at man medio december samme \u00e5r p\u00e5 hovedgaden i lille Gibraltar kunne se flere mennesker g\u00e5 rundt med klap for \u00f8jet efter deres operation.<\/p>\n<p>Da selskabet blev solgt i 2011, var det blandt de tre st\u00f8rste rekrutteringsfirmaer for l\u00e6ger i Skandinavien. I 2007 startes Medpro Clinic Group op, og samtidig erhverves den f\u00f8rste praktiserende l\u00e6geklinik <em>(svensk \u201dv\u00e5rdcentral\u201d) <\/em>i Trollh\u00e4ttan i Sverige, som betjener godt 12.000 patienter. Siden 2019 har Medpro Clinic betjent n\u00e6sten 50.000 patienter, besk\u00e6ftiger cirka 250 medarbejdere og har en \u00e5rlig oms\u00e6tning p\u00e5 godt 300 mio. SEK.<\/p>\n<p>Hans Wittrup er en innovativ karakter, der g\u00e5r efter at realisere sine dr\u00f8mme. Og det var egentlig p\u00e5 den baggrund, at Medpro opstod \u2013 fordi det netop var det projekt, der gav mening for Hans Wittrup.<\/p>\n<p>Og derfor blev overgangen, fra rollen som klinisk l\u00e6ge og forsker til at skulle st\u00e5 med ansvaret for sin egen virksomhed, glidende.<\/p>\n<p>Hans Wittrup vidste godt, at det ville kr\u00e6ve h\u00e5rdt arbejde at starte en ny virksomhed op, og han er da ogs\u00e5 i l\u00f8bet af \u00e5rene op til flere gange rendt panden mod muren.<\/p>\n<p>Men det er s\u00e5dan, han godt kan lide det. At man skal arbejde h\u00e5rdt for at kunne nyde. Samtidig skal ens h\u00e5rde arbejde v\u00e6re sjovt, og dette er ogs\u00e5 et kriterium, Hans Wittrup s\u00e6tter for sine medarbejdere. Han mener, at man yder den bedste service og er en god kollega, hvis man har gl\u00e6den med i jobbet.<\/p>\n<p>Ligeledes arbejder Medpro Clinic ikke aktivt efter en kvalitativ mission eller vision for virksomheden. I stedet arbejder virksomheden efter tre v\u00e6rdier, som d\u00e6kker virksomhedens tilgang til hverdagens opgaver: <strong>Happy<\/strong> to serve clients to the best of our ability,
