-webkit-column-gap:2em; -webkit-column-width:400px; -moz-column-count:2; -moz-column-gap:2em; -moz-column-width:400px; column-count:2; column-gap:2em; column-width:400px;\"><p>Det ursprungliga f\u00f6retaget var ett rekryterings och bemanningsf\u00f6retag d\u00e4r Medpro bidrog med l\u00e4kare till det offentliga sjukv\u00e5rdssystemet, NHS, i England, Privataprivata kliniker i Storbritannien samt till stora delar av h\u00e4lsov\u00e5rdssektorn i Skandinavien.<\/p>\n<p>Som kuriosa var det Medpro som i slutet a 2003 var ansvarig f\u00f6r hela planeringen och genomf\u00f6randet av operationerna av gr\u00e5 starr p\u00e5 220 patienter i Gibraltar. Som resultat kunde man i mitten av december samma \u00e5r se flertalet m\u00e4nniskor g\u00e5 runt med lapp f\u00f6r \u00f6gat l\u00e4ngs Gibraltars huvudgator.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r f\u00f6retaget s\u00e5 slutligen s\u00e5ldes 2011 var det bland de tre st\u00f6rsta rekryteringsf\u00f6retagen f\u00f6r l\u00e4kare i Skandinavien. \u00c5r 2007 startades Medpro Clinic Group och i samband med detta f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvades den f\u00f6rsta v\u00e5rdcentralen i Trollh\u00e4ttan, med mer \u00e4n 12000 listade patienter. Sedan 2019 har Medpro Clinic n\u00e4stan 50 000 listade patienter och cirka 250 anst\u00e4llda med en \u00e5rsoms\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 drygt 300 miljoner kronor.<\/p>\n<p>Hans Wittrup Wittrup \u00e4r innovationen f\u00f6rkroppsligad och han str\u00e4var efter att f\u00f6rverkliga sina dr\u00f6mmar. Tack vare detta var \u00f6verg\u00e5ngen fr\u00e5n klinisk l\u00e4kare och forskare till entrepren\u00f6r med eget ansvar f\u00f6r sitt eget f\u00f6retag smidig.<\/p>\n<p>Han var v\u00e4l medveten om att det skulle kr\u00e4vas h\u00e5rt arbete f\u00f6r att bygga ett nytt f\u00f6retag fr\u00e5n grunden, antalet g\u00e5nger han k\u00f6rt pannan i v\u00e4ggen or\u00e4kneliga. Men det \u00e4r s\u00e5 han vill ha det. Att arbeta h\u00e5rt f\u00f6r att slutligen kunna njuta. Samtidigt m\u00e5ste det finnas gl\u00e4dje i det h\u00e5rda arbetet, n\u00e5got som Hans Wittrup \u00e4ven predikar f\u00f6r sina anst\u00e4llda. Han tror att du ger b\u00e4st service och \u00e4r en god kollega om du finner ditt jobb roligt.<\/p>\n<p>Mot bakgrund av detta arbetar inte Medpro mot ett kvantitativt m\u00e5l, utan efter f\u00f6retagets tre v\u00e4rderingar. Glada, att kunna hj\u00e4lpa v\u00e5ra patienter efter b\u00e4sta f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga.
